What
is Milky Way Mall's policy towards suppliers/merchants? 
The purpose
of Milky Way Mall is to create a channel through which suppliers/merchants,
ranging from local Canadian artisans to national and international
distributors can display and market their products to an
audience of prospective 40+ (baby boomers) customers. Milky Way Mall does not charge suppliers/merchants
any fees for listing their items on the website. Furthermore,
suppliers/merchants
remain fully independent -- they are free to raise their prices,
lower their prices, or remove their items from our website. Milky Way Mall allows both consumers and suppliers/merchants
to get the most out of each and every transaction.
Is
it safe to use my credit card online at Milky Way Mall?
Using your credit card to shop at Milky Way Mall is
extremely safe. All online transactions are done through PayPal
which employs the latest encryption technologies to ensure that
your credit card information remains private.
When
will my credit card be charged?
If you pay by credit card, your card will not be charged
until your order has been shipped from our distribution center.
How
long will it take to receive my order?
Typically, orders will arrive to the destination address
within 7 days. The delivery time might be longer, however, for
items shipped from overseas.
In
the event that your order must be specially made, you will be
contacted by email (within 1 business day after your order has
been approved) and informed of the nature of the delay and the
expected timeframe for shipment of your order.
Will
I be required to pay any import taxes or duties on items I order?
Orders being shipped to addresses outside of Canada may
require the recipient to pay duties upon delivery. Customers outside
Canada are encouraged to contact their local courier or customs
bureau to inquire about possible import taxes. Milky Way Mall
cannot be held responsible for duties or taxes imposed by the
local government on orders delivered to countries other than Canada.
Please note that while we will declare orders containing a gift
message as "Gifts" on the Customs declaration, we cannot
honor any requests to alter the declared value for an order.
What
is your general policy on returns and exchanges?
At Milky Way Mall we want you to be completely satisfied
with your purchases. We believe that the creation of a bridge
between consumers and merchants/suppliers depends on extremely
high quality products and extraordinary customer service and trust.
For that reason, we allow customers to return products for any
reason within 60 days of receipt.
Is
there any non-returnable item policy? 
Due to the
intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret
that it is not possible for us to accept returns on panties, babydolls,
bodysuits, hosiery, teddies, swimwear, and any lingerie set that
includes a panty. Exceptions will be made only for the items returned
in their original sealed packaging that have NEVER been opened.
What
if I don't receive my order?
Be sure to indicate the correct mailing address when
you are filling out your order form. Milky Way Mall is not responsible
for items that have not been received due to an incorrect address
or change of address. If you have not received your order and
would like to check the status, please contact us at service@vialacteamall.com.
(Be sure to include your order number, description of the purchase,
contact name and phone, and your complete address).
What
if my order is incomplete?
If you believe part of your order is missing, please
contact us immediately by sending an email to service@vialacteamall.com.
(Be sure to include your order number, description of missing
part, contact name and phone, and your complete address). If it
is determined that your order was incomplete, the missing portion
will be sent to you at no additional charge.
What
if my order arrives damaged?
In the event that all or part of your order should arrive
damaged, you will be entitled to a full refund, credit, or exchange.
You will need to return the damaged product to Milky Way Mall
at our expense.
What
if I receive incorrect merchandise?
In the event that you receive a product other than the
one that you ordered, the correct product will be sent to you
at no additional charge. You will need to return the incorrect
item at Milky Way Mall's expense before the correct item can
be sent to you.
Will Milky Way Mall ever give out my personal information to
third parties?
Milky Way Mall wholeheartedly respects your privacy
and thus will never release any personal information (including
your home address, email address, and phone number) to any third
party.
